You agree not to: (a) use the site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the site’s security or functionality; (c) upload malware or harmful code; (d) scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetCins, Inc. disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Puppy. Our total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months, or $10 if no payment was made.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
